We do whole house liquidation. We recommend you DO NOT throw items away before our arrival.
We are on our feet at every sale speaking with buyers, negotiating prices, assisting in loading, and doing the job you hired us to do.
We do not add items to your sale nor do we have a warehouse to take things to after a sale. Your sale is 100% about your estate and liquidating all of the contents on sight.
We do it all. We organize, stage, get city permits, and take care of all the advertising. The only thing you will ever have to do is give us a key. There are never any upfront costs.
We DO accept cash, debit/credit cards, and checks maximizing your sale's profit.
