Shopping Guidelines. I am making out these rules to be fair to everyone. The early bird truly does get the worm, but these rules will make shopping more fair to all in line. I do expect a long line. If you don't want to wait in line, have mobility issues, I recommend you come later in the day after 12 on Thursday, or on Friday. 1. No small children, pets, no strollers. Babies in body carriers, OK. There are so many breakables. Normally, I'm ok with kiddos! 2. No large purses, handbags. Bring a big open bag instead. Throw your wallet and keys in there! We have the right to inspect any bags. 3. No line cutting, or saving a place in line for anyone. You must be in line, or have a number depending on the weather. 4. No personal sold tags. We will have sold tags for you for big items. We can not be your personal shopper at this sale. We will help you, but you must take each item to the hold shelf. We will only tag large sets, furniture, statuary outside, or large pieces of porcelain, etc. We will have an area for large pieces as well. 5. We take cash, credit, Apple Pay. 3% convenience fee with any electronic transaction. Anything over $100, we will ask to see your driver's license with electronic payment.

For large pieces of furniture, bring help. You are responsible for moving large items. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. All items sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All purchases must be picked up before the end of sale at 4PM on the last day of the sale. Second day of sale is 25% off, last day is 50% off all items except coins.
