Georgann and her wonderful team clean items until they sparkle (clean items sell faster and for more money), organize and arrange, research and price, and then use lighting, music, and decorating to turn the home into a show stopper so our customers relax and want to buy. We have two cashiers to keep the line moving quickly to avoid buyers leaving. Georgann spends time strategically thinking about the marketing of the sale. She believes in different strategies to bring the most amount of buyers possible to the sale through different advertising outlets online, in print, via Cottage Classics email list, Facebook and Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, Craigslist, EstateSales.net, word of mouth, and through sign placement. Everything is deliberately thought out to increase sales. We typically hold three day sales followed by a fourth day 75% off sale to help clean out property, make more money for our client, and allow us to remove our tables and supplies.
