We do collect taxes for the state, county, and city.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and friends while shopping.
Buyers are responsible for disassembling, packing, and moving all of their purchases. We do not assist in loading, so bring your own muscle please.
You will have until the end of the sale to remove all large purchases.
Neither we, nor the homeowner, are responsible for accidents.
It is always a good idea to return to the sale on the last day!

One the days of the sale, please remove the tags of large items you wish to purchase and pay at the register.
