Restrooms always available at our sales.
Shopping bags are permitted at our sales.
We do accept debit/credit cards and checks.
We do collect taxes for the state, county, and city.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and friends while shopping.
Buyers are responsible for disassembling, packing, and moving all of their purchases.
You will have until the end of the sale to remove all large purchases.
Neither we, nor the homeowner, are responsible for accidents.
It is always a good idea to return to the sale on the last day!

Previously we held a 2 day by appointment only sale at this home to slow down the traffic. If the crowd is more than 35 during the first hour, we will be limiting people in the house again. If it is raining, we will be further limiting the number of people inside...as we have no room for holding baskets in the house.
The good news is we will begin this Thursday's sale with 20% off all marked prices. Friday will be 40% off, and Saturday will be 60% off. If you attended the sale two weeks ago, you know the house is overflowing with treasures. With these discounts we aim to empty most of the house by midday Saturday. It's going to be fast and furious, and we hope you'll swing by and take a look!
Our next sale is a couple blocks over. We are hoping to have it ready for a sale June 11-13.
