Memorial Doliver Drive Delight - Huge Estate Sale

This estate is PACKED with amazing home decor, art, collectibles, furniture, clothing, antiques, art, vintage and antique outdoor pottery, Telavera, furniture - cast iron chairs, benches, tables, umbrellas, storage, wood rocking chairs, giant river rocks from Colorado, and more. From a church pew to antique cast-iron music stand and an eclectic mix of everything in between from Tiffany & Co, to Chanel, to Ralph Lauren, and more this home HAS IT ALL. We tried to capture as much as we could in pictures, but no, not everything is pictured. 2 story town home. And fair warning, we still have an attic space we've not cleared due to space limitations, so if you come opening day, you may want to come back.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
1) You will be entering a gated community with LIMITED /RESTRICTED access and not internal parking - visitors must park outside and walk in, but the unit is very close to the front entrance of the community
2) You MUST have an appointment or be granted approval to enter based on the current appointment schedule, no more than 6-8 shoppers are allowed into the complex at any time
3) If you purchase anything large, you will be allowed to enter the complex to pick-up and load your items - please, please, please bring your own help to load large items, we are unable to load or move heavy items - if you purchase an item, you can schedule a later pick-up time with us
4) For your appointment date/time, please email your preferred Appointment Date and Time and ALSO provide 2 alternative times or dates and times. Include the number of people in your party. Please send this to info@heritage-estate.net we will CONFIRM your date and time via return email, if you DO NOT hear from us you are not confirmed. Please BOOK IN ADVANCE of opening to secure your spot.
5) Street signs will not be posted. You will turn onto Doliver Dr off of Gessner. Doliver Dr. dead-ends at Doliver Pointe Townhomes where you will be met with a large circular ending to the road, please park along the street outside the gate. A member of our team will be at the gate to let you in provided your name is on our list. If your name iS NOT on our list, we will only be able to let folks in as space allows so go ahead, stop by, and ASK! When you arrive we will tell you the unit number for this sale.
