Buyers are responsible for disassembling, packing, and moving all of their purchases.
You will have until the end of the sale to remove all large purchases.
Neither we, nor the homeowner, are responsible for accidents.
It is always a good idea to return to the sale on the last day!

DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 7:45AM. THERE IS A GATE TO THE PROPERTY AND IT WILL BE SHUT UNTIL THEN. OAKALLA RD/CR 221 IS A NARROW SECTION OF ROAD IN A CURVE AT THAT POINT. IF TRAFFIC IS COMING FROM BOTH WAYS THE ROAD WILL BE BLOCKED. FOLLOW THE PAVED ROAD ALONGSIDE THE FIELD TO A MARKED STOPPING POINT ONCE INSIDE. NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT THERE AT 8AM. YOU CAN THEN VEER EAST/LEFT OF THE HOUSE TO PARK. PLEASE STAY OFF OF THE PATIO AREA AND STAIRS UNTIL THE SALE BEGINS. THE ENTRANCE POINT WILL BE AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE NEAR CHECK-OUT. ALTHOUGH WE DO HAVE ACCESS TO AN ELEVATOR, WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWING EVERYONE TO USE IT. SOME EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE WHEN MOVING SOLD ITEMS FROM THE UPSTAIRS TO THE DOWNSTAIRS. ENTRANCE TO THE MAIN FLOOR OF THE HOME WILL REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO WALK UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS.
