Valuables are removed from the property every night
We will limit the number of people in the house at one time.
Develop a long term relationship with your purchase -all sales are final.
Please bring your own packing supplies, we do supply some but it runs out fast.
Bring your own labor to remove large items, especially on 50% off day. We don’t always have time or manpower.
NO Large purses, bags, or backpacks allowed in the back entrance.
We are not responsible for accidents.
We appreciate all of our customer and hope you enjoy our sales.
Do not block the driveway.

This is one heck of a sale and you really don’t want to miss it!
Here’s the 411: There will be 2 lines, one that leads to the main part of the house and another line around the back of the house for jewelry, designer handbags, designer clothing, and antique / vintage clothing. We will be limiting the number of people in that room, it’s worth your wait, so please be patient!!
Due to the nature of the sale, NO large bags, backpacks, or purses will be allowed!!! Small crossbodys are welcome but we have plenty of reusable bags and baskets for you to use for shopping.
Also, no small children will be allowed in the jewelry room. They will be allowed in the main area of the home but connected to an adult at all times.
This house is two stories so there is plenty to see and purchase! Thank you so much for coming to this extravagant collectors sale!!
