My husband and I met with Kim Bresee to discuss hosting an Estate Sale at our home in Mansfield. Kim was very easy to work with from our first meeting until the final day. She gave us a timeline in which she met in a very professional and effcient manner.

Kim lead her team in a very highly professional manner while putting us at ease throughout the process. All the information she discussed with us came to fruition in a timely manner.

Kim Breese managed the estate sale for my parents in Mansfield, Texas in 2017.
To say it was a major project would be an understatement. My parents’ belongings included a three-bedroom home and a storage building/barn. The contents? Collectibles, electronic equipment, normal household paraphernalia, tools, knickknacks and a whole lot of ‘stuff’. The volume? At one point my parents, in addition to the 1,800 sq. foot home they lived in and the 1,000 sq. foot barn. Prior to them moving to Phoenix to live with us, they had eight 10’ X 10’ storage units, that we had consolidated (without getting rid of much) and moved to the house and barn. The thought of having a family yard sale was completely out of the question.
I remember the first meeting with Kim…she was open, candid and ready for the challenge. My wife and I had flown in from Phoenix to meet with a couple of estate sale agents and realtors. Kim was easily our first choice. The mixture of her passion, personal touch, and professional approach resonated with us. We did not haggle over commission, timing, or any number of things that came up over the next several weeks. She would make a suggestion and we would talk it through. If I had a question, it was asked and we talked over options and impacts. We had several phone calls, text messages and emails leading up to, during and after the sale.
In the end, the sale covered two weekends. One for the house contents and the other for the barn. The sale on the second weekend was even moved due to potential bad weather. Changing the date was one of Kim’s great suggestions. Leading up to the sale, Kim kept us, other clients and potential buyers, updated via a website that included pictures of items being offered. There were tons of hours spent on arranging the items in a buyer friendly manner. There was a ‘books and bears room’ (mom loved her stuffed bears) and an ‘electronics room’ (dad was an electrical engineer). Neat, orderly fairly priced.
During the process, Kim got to know our family. Some of my siblings were in and out gathering up items that held special memory for them. Kim was even able to locate some long-lost treasures and helped to get them to my siblings. The sale was more than a business transaction, it was personal.
Kim is amazing, hard-working, well connected in the estate sale world, honest and dependable. She has my support and endorsement.

Tim, Kim, and all of their staff accomplished an amazing feat at our family estate sale. Everything was organized and displayed beautifully. They handled all the details so efficiently and were an enormous help with clean up after it was all over. Our sale was successful thanks to their knowledge and hard work. Kim and Tim from Curb Store  and More Estate Sales went above and beyond in organizing and staging our loved one’s effects while preparing for the estate sale.  They are very knowledgeable and bring a great deal of experience to the table.  They were considerate while sorting personal items and honest when valuables were found.  I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
