This is truly an exceptional sale. Everything in it is in wonderful condition and was chosen with great care by someone with outstanding taste. There is nothing in this estate that is not in near perfect condition and all is of very good quality. Every piece of furniture was obviously chosen with care. Not only are the furniture pieces wonderful, but so is the decor items. Believe me, you want to come to this sale.
It takes just a few minutes to drive here from Pittsburg or Mount Pleasant and is definitely worth the drive. It is a very cute home with very nice items that are in wonderful condition. This may be the cleanest house that we have prepared in quite some time. You will not be disappointed with the contents.
CAREFUL WHERE YOU PARK - PLEASE USE ONE OF THE EMPTY LOTS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE HOUSE - TOO WET TO PARK ON NEIGHBOR'S LAWNS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE.
