With teams in both Longview and Mount Pleasant, we take great pride in offering a very personal level of care and service to our clients, just as we have since we managed our first estate sale in 1998. After spending over 15 very successful years in major markets including Houston and Austin, we have returned "home" to East Texas. 

Believe me. We are NOT JUST ANOTHER ESTATE SALE COMPANY. We have handled well over 500 liquidations and generated millions of dollars in total sales. Few companies in the U.S., let alone in East Texas, have anywhere near our level of experience & success. 

We take the time to do it right with each sale we take. That means we do not do "cookie cutter" sales so we can do a sale every week. Instead, we focus on one sale at and time and spend whatever time it takes to present it in the very best possible light. We are known for our incredible setups. No one sets up as we do. No one. 

We know what a difficult time this can be in your life and it is our goal is to make the whole process as easy and successful as we can.  Every action we take is done with you in mind.  We want the very best result for you while treating the entire process with the dignity and respect that your estate deserves.

It is our pleasure to take an estate and set it up for the public so all of the family's belongings and treasures are shown to their very best advantage. This is one of the items that set us apart.  It is not enough to just display the items for sale.  Our team enhances the sale by setting up displays and using professional merchandising techniques to raise the perceived values. We turn the home into a showplace that would make anyone proud.

One of our principals is a certified appraiser with many years of successful experience.  Few companies have the experience that we do.  Even fewer have our strict rules for handling sales with the utmost integrity and absolutely none offer our personal level of service.  We are very proud of that and it is our pledge to you.  

We have handled sales well into the six figures but have learned that even the smallest sale can have its treasure and blessings.  Since our first estate sales in 1998, we have handled liquidations of all sizes and types including historic homes, ranches & farms, homes of political figures, and celebrities. Most of those sales were in major markets including Houston, Austin, and SE Texas. Now, we have returned home to offer the same services here in East Texas.  Our experience has allowed us to produce estate sales that are far above the norm.  We are proud of the effectiveness of our sales that produce the best return for the family possible.

We have strict rules that we follow based on providing the best results for our clients.   THESE RULES ARE WRITTEN IN STONE.  It is one of the many things that sets us apart from many other companies.   In particular:

  • We NEVER sell early to anyone (to dealers, to friends, or ourselves).
  • We NEVER add anything to your sale.  Our focus is 100% on your sale and not on things brought in to make more money for ourselves or anyone else. (It is your house, your sale and you shouldn't be competing with anyone else for sales dollars ).
  • We NEVER buy the leftovers from your sale so we can add them to a future sale.  We will donate them to a charity for you or we will leave them for the family.  The choice is yours. 
  • We NEVER charge you extra for the services that an Estate Sale Company should provide as part of their commission - no charges for setup, advertising, credit card fees, or for anything else that should be covered by our commission.

I can't say enough good things about Michael and his team. They were absolute godsends during one of the most challenging moments of my life. After losing my father unexpectedly this past fall, I spent months struggling through all the logistics of dealing with his home and its contents from another state.
