 This is one of the largest sales we have ever done!  I will give a run down of the buildings that will be included in the sale.  BRING A FLASHLIGHT....WARNING NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.  THERE ARE A LOT OF STEP UPS AND DOWNS, AND TRIPPING HAZARDS.  RUSTY METAL AND THE LIKE.  IT IS THE COUNTRY TOO, SO THERE MAY BE BUGS OR VARMINTS. 

The House, the house is full of typical estate sale fare, antiques, furniture, etc. 

The Cabin, is next to the house and it has stow away cots, furniture, an old iron fireplace and a vintage mermaid figurehead for a ship!

The Workshop, the workshop is full of tools, and many many old metal cabinets with drawers!  Equipto...etc.  Snap on tool boxes...etc.  Everything is full, theres tools in all of the drawers etc. 

The Train Car, there is an actual train car built into the workshop that is full and serves as a storage area!  There is all kinds of electrical components, antiques, fishing items, etc. 

All Cabinets that are loose are for sale!

There are boats surrounding the workshop.  Large Porcelain Enamel Signs, small signs, and a very cool NuGrape soda metal wall thermometer! 

Under the overhang surrounding the workshop is tons of furniture, carts, industrial fans, a LONG tractor, and a lot of mid century furniture.  These pieces will need some TLC, but some are in good shape!

Pretty much anything outside that isn't bolted down will be for sale!

In addition to this...there are trailers...18 wheel trailers, all full. The trailers will all be for sale!  As well as the contents inside. 

Theres also another entire building full of things that are for sale.  All in all there are 5 total buildings with items for sale in it, as well as 3 trailers full too...and about a half a dozen boats.

A car will be included in the sale.  I was told it starts and runs.  There isn't a title.  Only 1 boat has a title.
