All sales are final and sold as is. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions!
It is necessary to bring help for heavy items. We offer a contracted Delivery Service. It is available to those not able to remove purchases alone. The contract is with a professional mover and is between the buyer and the mover.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
We accept CASH ONLY. No credit or debit card charges will be accepted at this sale.
No food or drinks allowed in the sale.
There will be some packing materials, however, due to the enormous amount of inventory, there will probably not be enough. So please bring packing material for your purchases.

As you can see, this sale is taking place on SATURDAY AND SUNDAY only... Prior to that date we will continue to do presales by appointment only. We will also have a sign up sheet available FRIDAY the 31st . We respectfully ask that all guests wear mouth coverings and disposable gloves. This is for your protection and the protection of your family and friends. The healthcare community has no way of knowing what lies in our future . Therefore in an abundance of caution we are going to ask all of our guests to be mindful of how tenuous our situation is and be respectful of one another.
