This is a One day live auction starting Saturday August the 12th at 10-A m. We will have a preview day Friday the 11th from 10 to 2P m PLEASE COME PREVIEW DAY OR BEFORE 10 ON AUCTION DAY TO REGISTER. This is the first auction out of our building and we are excited to sell it all. We accept cash and credit cards only no checks there is a 15% buyer's premium and Virginia sales tax. We will accept left bids but you will have to call and register. Everything is sold as is where is please inspect your item no refunds will be issued. Furniture and other large items we ask if possible to load at the end of the auction we have limited staff please be prepared to load your own items But we will absolutely help if you cannot. This auction has numerous firearms please bring a Virginia ID for handguns. All firearm purchases will have to be picked up through an ffl. There are only a few items with reserves most will be sold as absolute auction. Look forward to seeing you there
