Liquid Estates

We at Liquid Estates try our hardest to do the best job possible for our clients no matter the size or job. We offer onsite estate sales, off site sales, or consignment, and Junk removal.  When it comes to estate sales, we do things a little different than most, and typically host a 3 day sale. Usually, our sales are held on a thursday Friday and Saturday from 9am till people stop showing up. On first day of the sale, we do not negotiate on anything, prices are firm. Saturday prices are open to negotiation, we do not have a set percentage off. We typically start at 40% commission on sale items. we can negotiate on specialty items such as Gold, coins, and rare collections, or vehicles.
