PLEASE READ!!! SALES TAX CHARGED ON ALL PURCHASES

*** We will not be able to assist customers with moving larger pieces

*** NO parking on property driveway. Additional parking can be found in the neighborhood.

** Driveway is for loading only.

*** Bring a truck/trailer and extra helpers for lifting large/heavy items.

We will put out physical numbers to manage customer entry, an EPIC team member will provide the numbers at the front of the driveway.

Outside lists made by customers will NOT be honored, so to ensure your spot in line please take a number per person for entry. For groups of people, each person MUST have their own number for entry - we cannot accept groups as one entry.

We do not provide shopping bags for purchased items. Not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property. Please be respectful of the property and other customers.

Please wait until the sale officially opens and an Epic team member directs you to the entrance/line. Do not enter early, even if the doors are open. Please do not look through windows or walk around the property before the sale. Stay in designated areas, follow team instructions, and respect the clients, property, and fellow shoppers.
