*** NO parking on property driveway. Additional parking can be found in the neighborhood.
** Driveway is for loading only.
*** Bring a truck/trailer and extra helpers for lifting large/heavy items.

We will be honoring a physical numbered LIST to manage customer entry, that an EPIC team member will provide at the front of the driveway. Outside lists made by customers will NOT be honored, so to ensure your spot in line please write your name on the EPIC list. For groups of people, each person MUST have their own numbered entry - we cannot accept groups as one entry.

We do not provide shopping bags for purchased items. Not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property. Please be respectful of the property and other customers.
