Thanks for your interest in our sale. Here are a few things to know:
• We will provide an official F & J sign-up list on the first day of the sale. It will be available at the front door when the address goes public Thurs. at 7:00am
• You MUST wear a MASK to enter the sale and keep it on the entire time you're inside. NO exceptions! If you're not feeling well and/or have any symptoms of COVID-19 (i.e. fever, cough, difficulty breathing) PLEASE STAY HOME!
• IN order to comply with Health Dept. guidelines we will allow 12 customers in the house at one time (that number is based on square footage of the house)
• Please maintain SOCIAL DISTANCE of at least 6 ft. while outside waiting to enter the sale & also once inside the sale.
• We will have hand washing facilities & hand sanitizer available for customer use. We will also be sanitizing high-use surfaces in the house periodically during the sale.
• Credit & debit cards accepted for total purchases over $100 (2.75% fee applies) NO checks accepted.
• We collect sales tax. Dealers: Please bring a copy of your current Reseller Permit for our files.
• Monitored alarm & video surveillance in use. Valuables stored off-site outside sale hours.

West Seattle ESTATE SALE - in Fauntlee Hills on the hill above the Fauntleroy Ferry. BARGAIN SATURDAY = 1/2 PRICE on everything originally priced $200 or less. (And we only have 2 things left over $200) We will have a sign-up sheet on the front porch Saturday morning before we open.  More good news: Now that King County is in Phase 2 of re-opening we can let in 20 people in the sale.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:  EVERYONE must wear a MASK to enter the sale. Sorry, NO exceptions.
