Many people find themselves in a position where they have to sell a home quickly. The house is usually full of furniture, tools, antiques, coins, jewelry, paintings, collectables, cars and other household goods. Owners, usually are overwhelmed as they do not know the best ways to dispose the material in the shortest most cost efficient way possible.

We will come to your home for a free evaluation. We will evaluate your valuables, set a date for your sale and then start advertising immediately. Estate sales can run from one to three consecutive days and are available on site and online.

The owner personally runs each sale and is Sotheby's educated. We are different from other companies like us because we are truly expert appraisers. This fact alone always makes you much more money. One of our most interesting finds was a Early American Sugar Bowl made by Jacob Hurd which we sold at Christie's Auction house  for $27,500 on behalf of the owners. We are not saying you have an expensive sugar bowl. What we are saying that we will ultimately identify correctly any items you do have and sell them for the proper price and not some lowball price based off of blissful ignorance. Do a sale yourself or have some glorified house cleaners do it for you and you will never know the horrific losses you have taken. Not knowing the difference between a 50 dollar collectible toy and a dollar piece of junk will ultimately cost you thousands. We are experts in every category, so there is no need to worry that we will miss anything.

We not only run live estate sales but use eBay auctions, Amazon, Etsy and brick and mortar auction houses to aide us. Expert appraising skills determine which venue for what item will bring you the largest bang for your buck. If you do not choose gifted appraisers, you will lose out on much of the money because of their ignorance. Agents can sometimes not understand just how imperative having a true expert appraiser can be to your bottom line. Sometimes, they recommend just for commission.

Even if you decide not to have an onsite estate sale, we can still sell select pieces for you using numerous other venues.  These methods can be just as effective as we would have pulled these pieces from the onsite sale anyway for the purpose of maximizing monetary returns. The only problem with this method is that you are left with no way to effectively sell all the furniture or other large objects unless they are of very high quality or collectability.

We would love to work with you no matter the size of the job. If you take our full service we will leave your house completely empty and broom swept and or vacuumed. Please call us for an initial appointment so that we can determine a tailored plan for you.  In many cases, the cleanup will cost you nothing as we sell the houses contents to pay ourselves and any other expenses such as large dumpsters. In the case where the sale of your goods exceeds basic expenses, we split the difference with you. Many homeowners have made quite a lot of money from our expert appraisal skills over the years. On the rare occasion that the estimated sale of the houses items would not pay for all expenses, you would owe us money. During the initial appraisal on the first day we offer you a concrete deal so you know exactly where you stand financially.

Sincerely Yours,

Jonathan Carofino
