My company is geared toward helping people in need of estate sale services. Providing them with a complete package from start to finish to make it stress free for the family. I've been in the business over 20+ years , I moved to Florida in 2007 and started my company in 2008. My company is Licensed, Insured and Bonded to better serve my clients. We work in three counties Lake , Marion and Sumter counties in central Florida.
I always tell my clients the 3 things they need to do before I come in are:
1) Gather up all personal papers and pictures.
2) Remove or mark all items the family is keeping.
3) Empty the refrigerator.
We will take care of everything else, the family doesn't have to do anything else. We will throw out what needs to be thrown out. We are here to simplify the whole process for you and make it as stress-free as possible.
If we happen to find item(s) that we feel are family items we will set those items aside for the family. If we come across something valuable , we will notify the family. We will also ask what they would like done with item(s), keep or sell.
We also keep the family informed through out our set-up of what is going on . We take 2 weeks to set-up and sell out with a 3 day sale. We run that sale for 8 hours everyday, to maximize our selling potential.
When the sale is done , those items that do not sell go to our local Hospice donation center store. We then sweep, vacuum and mop all floors. Wipe down all appliances and clean the bathrooms. My clients home is then ready for the Realtor to sell home or the new owners to take possession.
Whether you are moving , had a spouse or family member pass away or just downsizing. The goal of my company is to treat you and your family with Honesty , Intergrity and compassion through out this trying time.
