There is no cost to you. Hunt Estate Sales will cover all costs associated with producing your sales event. Reduced commissions can be negotiated for high value items, cars and boats.
We elevate our sales platform with knowledge. Prices are set via a network of appraisers, specialists and membership only data basis. We welcome your input including stories, history, and purchase price on any item. The information gathered will result the highest sales price.
We advertise in print, online, with social media and high visibility signage during the sale event. We have the largest social media following of all the Estate Sale companies in the state of Massachusetts. In a week we have over 10,000 views and hundreds of buyers onsite. Our focused advertisements are driven with professional pictures and detailed descriptions.
Our price tags make your home look like a retail store. We use a 3 x 5 size printed price tags displayed inside hanging plastic sleeves. It looks smart and it greatly reduces the yard sale mentality.
Our service is exceptional. From start to finish we accompany you through this transition. From sharing progress reports, to providing a detailed sales inventory report to delivering a "broom swept" home.
