The sign up sheet will be out on the back of the house by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, August 24 and Saturday, August 25. Names will be called out at 8:30 A.M. Please line up for entry at the back door . You will enter according to how you signed the sheet. There will be a checkout table at the back area. Please be careful parking..
.All items are as marked on the first day of the sale and reduced to half price on the second day with the exception of some items that may not be reduced to half price at the request of the owner. We will accept bids on items over $100.00 on Friday and the highest bidders will be notified by phone that afternoon after 5:00 p.m. The bids must be at least 60% of the marked price. The highest bid will be marked sold and must be paid for by noon on Saturday. Please note if you have the highest bid and are called, it is considered sold to you and must be paid for ...all sales are final and no refunds are granted. Please check your selections. We try to note any defect by "as is".
Remember bring boxes for packing and some one to help you load your purchases. We do not have loading help. .. please tip any one that might help you. We are not responsible for accidents. So watch your step. We accept checks and cash with proper identification. If you have any questions, please ask us. All workers will have on name tags and are there to help you.
