Please bring boxes, bags and wrapping paper for your items as we will not have any available.
We can only allow 10 people in the house at a time and everyone must wear a mask.
PLEASE NOTE: Bring help to load your large items as no one on site is available to help. None of us can move large items for you. Not responsible for accidents.
If there are any items for bid, please be aware that we retain the right to refuse any bid.

For this reason we do not presale and will have advertised items available the day of the sale (unless it’s pulled by the family). I hate having to throw in the disclaimer but it has happened!
