Estate for Avis Brannon Gunter. I had the pleasure of knowing Avis many years ago. She was a sweet, smart delightful person.

You will not be disappointed attending this sale. House is packed with the most interesting  collections. Very nice rugs, mirrors, lamps, Sheraton sofa, wardrobe dated 1880. Jacobean style dining room table, chairs, sideboard. African baskets to death masks. Wonderful artwork, some from local artists. Pictures to post tomorrow night.
