This is an estate sale located in Montgomery, AL. With this core group is a sophisticated collection of lamps, porcelains, glassware, Middle-Eastern rugs, large paintings, fine prints, good linens, silver and silverplated wares, a superb French chandelier in the Louis XV style, along with similar three-branch sconces; an imposing French Louis XV style chair with tapestry cover and deep down cushion; wonderful LeCreuset cookware; a Kawai Baby Grand Piano; good books, a knock-out French Louis XV style painted Commode with carved hoof feet (originally from Pickwick Antiques) and on and on. There are two top-of-the-line designer dresses - a sleeveless evening dress matching jacket by noted Montgomery designer Wilson Folmar for Bergdorf Goodman, plus a black and silver cocktail dress made in Paris for Saks Fifth Avenue. There is also a fine collection of designer evening handbags.
The sale is large and with a wonderful variety. Please note the photographs and descriptions.
