This is an estate sale located in Montgomery, AL. It is in an unusual 1950's house and has much of the original 1950's furnishings intact, including large and comfortable sofas and chairs, teakwood tables (including one striking teakwood coffee table with brass tray top) and other case pieces and lamps. With this core group is a sophisticated collection of lamps, porcelains, glassware, Middle-Eastern rugs, large paintings, fine prints, good linens, silver and silverplated wares, a superb French chandelier in the Louis XV style, along with similar three-branch sconces; an imposing French Louis XV style chair with tapestry cover and deep...

A rare pair of dry-point aquatint etchings, "A Vase of Flowers" and "A Vase of Tulips," both done in Paris in 1913. Hand signed by Miss Goldthwaite in pencil. A pair of antique mahogany candlesticks with engraved hurricane shades, now electrified.
