Cash, , Venmo or PayPal will be accepted. All customers must wear face masks. We are not responsible for accidents and reserve the right to refuse a sale.
Please bring enough help in loading heavy items as there will not be assistance to load. We cannot accept returns or give refunds, so please inspect all items before purchased All sales are final. "As is". No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. We do not hold items before the sale or pre-sale items, it is first come, first served. Large items must be picked up by the end of the sale or arrangements made on the day of sale. All items that are purchased but not picked-up or arrangements to pick up will go back into the estate with no refund.
