As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final.
We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Invoices with pick up location in El Segundo will be sent upon close of auction.

PICK UP FOR THIS SALE WILL BE SATURDAY MARCH 13, see your invoice for time.
You MUST BRING HELP if purchasing an item listed as such. We will not have extra people to assist with moving, thanks.

We are required to collect sales tax for items sold.
You must bring appropriate help to move, load your items.

PLEASE do not bid, if you are unable to pick up during the pick up time.
Items not picked up will forfeit purchase price.

If there are extenuating circumstances, reach out to us, but the house must be emptied quickly for the new buyers.
