The online auction sale is happening in a very pristine home with pristine furnishings some new and some antique pieces but all in amazing condition. Any noted flaws will be mentioned in our descriptions.
There will be an in person estate sale for anything left after the online auction in the home. Because we have a short time with access to the home and big pieces to move we are trying to move some things on this format first and everything that doesn't sell in the auction will be available in the home during our in person sale.
This estate sale is online only with local pickup. Online credit card payment only. No refunds or returns.
We charge sales tax.
We will do measurements and detailed descriptions on all items. Bring help when you come to load your larger items.
This online-only estate sale auction has items in Grass Valley, Ca. and they will need to be picked up at the estate sale on Friday or Saturday June 12-13, 2021 between the hours of 9 and 4pm, unless special arrangements are made. Please call Robin to arrange a pickup appointment and to view the other items being featured in the "in person" estate sale that is running right after the online auction.
If possible we will allow in person previews of auction items by appointment only, during auction dates only.
