When we have large home with multiple pieces of large furniture we are opting per client's request to presale a few pieces via online auction. When we've been contracted to clear a house by a certain date because of escrow we need to use this tool to optimize our sales.
The online auction sale is happening in a large log home with beautiful items and furniture. Some newer and some antique pieces but all in amazing condition. Any noted flaws will be mentioned in our descriptions.
This estate sale is online only with local pickup. Online credit card payment only. No refunds or returns. If you would like to see the item in person before purchasing you may set up an appointment for viewing at our discretion.
We charge sales tax.
We will do measurements and detailed descriptions on all items. Bring help when you come to load your larger items.
This online-only estate sale auction has items in Nevada City, Ca. and they will need to be picked up at the property on Fourth of July weekend by appointment only.
