Most of our items are priced according to a percentage of the Appraised Value, or gold market. We are always open to negotiation on most items. The lower the price, the lower our markup will most likely be. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. If a piece of jewelry has an appraisal, a copy is available upon pickup. Please read the descriptions carefully. We will not be responsible for misread descriptions. If we state it is "Solid", that means it is not plated. If you see an item with 14KP, that means it is 14 karat "Plumb" or exact to that karat, it does not mean plated. All jewelry is tested for gold purity (ie: 14k, 18k, etc) and diamonds are tested to be sure they are genuine. We will not be responsible for colored stone descriptions, we just test to be sure they are real, not always is the type exactly accurate.
