Estate Sales by Vincie ~PRESENTS~ THE LONGRIDGE ESTATE OF THE LATE DAVID ROSE COMPOSER & CONDUCTOR Date: Saturday & Sunday MAY 28 TH and MAY 29 TH Time: 10am - 4pm FEATURING FLYING SCOTT BASSETT LOWKE TRAIN This Royal Scott steam locomotive and tender was built by Bassett-Locke in 1947 for Composer David Rose to run on his personal railroad at his home in Sherman Oaks. The train is 7.5 gauge model of the English Royal Scott which ran from London to Scotland. The train was an inspiration to Walt Disney and helped him develop his love of steam trains....
