In Accordance with State of California State B.O.E, Sale tax is charged unless you hold a valid Resale Permit. Resellers must bring a copy of a Valid California Resale Permit and registred with the state.

Buyers are responsible for packing their purchases and moving large items, please bring your own boxes, bags and wrapping supplies. We are not responsible for any items left behind. We will hold items only until the end of the sale date. Enter at your own risk, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents.

We reserve the RIGHT to Refuse Entry to anyone, and we reserve the right to search at exit of sale.

Please be respectful to the Residence surrounding sale and do not park on driveway unless loading.
