SIDEWALK CHALK: Handmade sidewalk chalk various colors, sizes and shapes. Bright brillant colors unlike any typical pastel like colors of chalk available in stores! some pieces are multi-colored. A few are layeredso that used on their side, a RAINBOW can be drawn in one swoop of the chalk! Also BRONCO blue and orange star shape chalk. This is GREAT fun for everyone!!!

HAND-MADE CRAFT ITEMS:  purses, bags, fabric with flower pounding designs,  Etc

YARN: grab bags of yarn and miscellaneous knitted or crocheted pieces. I would consider the bag yarn is inside nice itself. (YES!! I do have a bag of BAGS, for storage options! Also a container of containers! Both very handy!

HANDMADE CHRISTMAS, ANYONE? Christmas bits and pieces for your holiday crafting needs! Make various crafts and/or cards. Lots of raw materials so you can surprise your loved ones this holiday season!

​PATTERNS, IDEAS, INSTRUCTIONS: Craft Patterns, ideas and instructions. Various crafts I found that looked interesting. Many have paper patterns, perhaps different scales of same item. Find some fun on a rainy day or to spend time creating with your special someones! Two Christmas' ago, the "little girls" in the family really went wide for their individual MERMAIDS! Fast and fun to make, easy to personalize so everyone has the same one, only different!

MARKERS: Grab bag of misc markers

MEAT TRAYS: foam trays like meat comes in to fill with your craft items. I used these for chalk at craft fairs.

MOLDS: miscellaneous molds, plastic, metal, etc. Some meant to be molds, some I used as molds, just because I liked them! I used star shaped ice cube trays and metal tart tins to make sidewalk chalk. They're good for many craft projects that require a mold. You're only limited by your imagination!

​​​​STORAGE BOXES: clear plastic w interior dividers, As mentioned above, I've a bag of bags and container of containers. Many may well end up at the sale. If you need storage and don't see what you're looking for, just ask!

DECORATIVE PAPERS: from Paper Direct-  many different size, shape, use options: for example- letterhead 8 x 11, various card stock- some 8 x 11sheets have various perforations so multiple pieces on one sheet.  One has half the sheet for note with 2nd half making two more pieces. Think Biz cards, table tents for place card holders, etc.

Paper Direct Designs include: Christmas holiday and seasonal patterns, green and white letterhead, black and gold bordered use 3 sizes on sheet.  Fairy paper design with butterfly envelopes, misc. papers with matching envelopes {some envelopes standard business letter size, others card sized.  Rose design paper with envelopes, 2 different picnic designs: 1-three part picnic design with business card portion, the other features items found at a picnic, as outside boarder, meant to be used for letters with envelopes. Beach design. Rain Forest design is 11 x 17  "newsletter size" Also have grab bags filled with various items: greeting cards for special occasions, others that may be blank inside,  some decorative papers with fun matching envelopes that were called "stationery sets" when I was a kid and wrote faithfully to my Grandparents for over two decades!

MAGNIFICATION IS GOOD: Especially if it leaves your hands free because its worn like a hat! Set with four lenses of increasing levels of magnification.

ELVIS-Hand drawn in black sharpie on white poster board with rough sawn oak frame of mature Elvis, shown from side view. Drawn for my parents in 1977 by popular pizza restaurant owner  (until his passing in 2010) Julius Giraldi, better known as Papa J. He was known to  serenade the patrons at Papa J's Pizza in Westminster. He drew many celebrity portraits and oftentimes had them autographed. When a subject of one of his many drawings had a performance  in the Denver area, he was able to arrange a meeting with them so they could to autograph their portrait, which hung on the walls at his restaurant.  Papa J also played with the Denver now Colorado Symphony and at one time was part of a small dance band. He was a sweet, kind and caring man. $200 FIRM

Each unit is comprised of "three units" the ENTERTAINMENT CENTER, has book shelves on either side with TV opening in center above 2 door hidden storage. The DISPLAY UNIT also has shelf units on both ends, with center section that includes 2 door hidden storage. Both units very servicable. Approx 72" tall and 90" wide. FREEZER: Bought this GE freezer brand new, shortly after purchasing it, we loaded it up with an entire side of beef. Freezer failed, company that sold it to us was ZERO help, the manufacturer was less help than the supplier. Bottom line, brand new, barely used freezer most likely be easy to repair. If anyone is interested in this freezer unit, YOU and YOUR VERY DEAR FRIENDS AND FAMILY, haul it out of my basement and it is yours for the sweat equity investment!!!!
