Circa 1950 Polish Porcelain Dinnerware: A selection of vintage Wawel WAV19 pattern and Walbrzych marked Polish porcelain dinnerware. The selection features white porcelain decorated with ornate applied gold tone scrolls and black accents. The collection features eight teacups, twelve soup bowls, two tea pots, one coffee pot, two creamers, and one sugar bowl. Pieces are marked “Wawel, Made in Poland, Recznie, Malowane” or " Walbrzych, Made in Poland" to the underside.

The field’s remaining quadrants contain classic Bakhtiari square panels, which are populated with detailed tree of life forms and medallions. Amid the palette of taupe, cornsilk, tea, crimson, olive, celadon, salmon, and navy, the rug includes two guard borders and a main border with palmettes, stylized trees of life, and eight-pointed star medallions. There is fringe at north and south. The rug is unmarked.
