Not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property while attending our Estate Sales. Driveway is always for loading only. Please do not block neighbors driveways and park courteously on one side of the street ( so Fire & Rescue can always get thru to neighbors). All moving and loading of all items is your responsibility. The removal of all furniture and large items are always the buyers responsibility.
