We have another fantastic sale in Merritt Island this week! PARKING: either park very carefully on Courtenay Pkwy because there are ditches OR Go down Plantation Rd and go LEFT on Coconut Lane. You'll see a gate which we'll open right around 7:30 for parking. DO NOT park or go near the solar panels please! Park and drive carefully! The entrances to the home will be between the two wings under the breezeway, not at front door. There is nothing upstairs at all so no one is allowed up there.
