**We will be requiring the use of face masks while inside the house. Due to the amount of smaller items and space inside the home, no handbags, purses, backpacks or strollers will be permitted inside the home.

Dates of the sale: Friday and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm.
*We do NOT use lists. People will be let in order as they are in line, first come first served. You must be present and cannot hold your place in line with a box or other object. Please be kind to fellow shoppers and we will be able to move through the line quickly.
**Please note, we try to provide and monitor as best as we can a “Holding Area” at each of our sales. However we are not responsible if another shopper manages to purchase an item that was on hold. If you are at all concerned about this happening we encourage you to purchase your items, carry them to your car and then continue shopping. Absolutely no early birds please.

Cash and credit accepted and preferred. No checks will be accepted.

Please respect all parking signs. Respect the neighbors and please don't park on their lawns, block any driveways or fire hydrants. Security on site. Not responsible for accidents. All sales are final. No Returns or Refunds. All items are sold as, where is and are to be removed at the time of sale. Please bring help to load large/heavy items.
