ATHENS, 30606 This Frederick Orr house is a step-back into time having been closed for nearly 30 years. Time stood still and there is wonderful items from the 1930s-1980s. Dr. Glenn Sutton was a retired Navy Commander and former head of the School of Commerce at UGA. He also served as the Chairman of the U.S. Tarriff Commission under 4 presidents. Dr. Rachel Sutton was instrumental in the development of the Department of Education at the University. The...
