Welcome to Hamilton’s Auction. By participating in our auctions, all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions:
Item Condition
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties implied. It is the bidder’s responsibility to request a detailed condition report for any item up to 48 hours prior to the auction’s closing. No claims or returns will be accepted after the sale, unless explicitly stated by Hamilton’s Auction. No refunds, all sales final.
Bidding and Payment
In order to place bids, bidders must have a valid credit card on file. Payment is expected within 72 hours of the auction’s conclusion. If payment is not received within this timeframe items my be subject to forfeiture and become property of Hamilton's Auction LLC with no refund or exchange. Hamilton's Auction uses Stripe as a payment processor. Tax exempt form copies are needed for filing before tax can be removed from any purchase. Hamilton’s Auction will absorb the card transaction fee but a local tax of 8% will be added to invoices.
Shipping and Pick up
Please allow up to two weeks for shipping processing after payment is received. Hamilton’s Auction uses UPS for shipping and includes insurance on all shipments. We currently only offer domestic shipping—no international shipping or local pickup available at this time. See condition section in listing for details on in-house rates. Local pick up by appointment only. Arrangements must be made within 10 days of the conclusion of the sale. Lots with no contact in regards to pick up after 10 days are subject to forfeit and will become property of Hamilton's Auction LLC. Estatesales.net may provide a pick-up pin that is needed in order for the release of any lot to winning bidders.
Winning bidders must arrange shipping within 30 days, either through our in-house shipping services or by selecting a third-party provider from our recommended list on hamiltonsauction.com. After 30 days, unshipped items will be considered forfeited, with no refunds. Items will be considered property of Hamilton’s Auction.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified by Hamilton’s Auction.

Hamilton’s Auction respects your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information. You will only be contacted regarding your auction participation or future auctions. By participating, you agree to be added to our contact list for future sales. Rest assured, we will not send unsolicited spam or sell your information to third parties.
