I mean, what Mimi didn't have a curio cabinet full of Hummel figurines and other treasures. Every room of the 4 bedroom house has something worth buying. That hutch! it's heavy and well-built. It's two pieces, so it's moveable.

Wing back chair, very old, but has been reupholstered and comfy.

This hutch is amazing. Every granny has/had one. It's two pieces and moveable. Pristine.

I will pay someone $50 to take this behemoth. It's also a pull-out sofa so it's light as a feather. Seriously, I will pay you to take the thang.
