Discovery 20" F/6 PDHQ Dobsonian telescope with split tube design for sale. Primary recently recoated by Spectrum Coatings. Last optical test revealed Strehl of 0.956, RMS wavefront error of 0.034. Refinished to remove residual abberations by John Hudek at Galaxy Optics. Fitted with Tech 2000 Dob Driver II but never fully implemented. Exceptional planetary images with F/6 ration as well as deep sky performance. Selling because it is too big for me to handle. Original purchase price $5200 with additional $1200 Dob Driver with high precision encoders/motors. Original bill of sale and interferometric test data available on request. Asking $4,000.
