Thank you for shopping with Total Estate Care. By purchasing items from our estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General Terms
All Sales Final: All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is." No warranties, guarantees, or refunds are offered. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items prior to purchase.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be posted at the sale location.
Buyer Responsibility: Once an item is purchased, the buyer assumes all responsibility for its removal and transportation.
Pickup Information
Location and Parking:
The sale is located on-site as advertised.
Parking is available in front of the building and on the west side. Please park courteously to allow access for other shoppers.
Bring Help for Heavy Items:
Buyers must bring their own help and any necessary tools or equipment to remove and load items.
Total Estate Care staff will not assist with lifting, loading, or transporting items.
Removal Timeline: All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale period or as otherwise arranged with Total Estate Care. Items not removed within the agreed time may be forfeited without refund.
Additional Terms
Liability Waiver: Total Estate Care is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on-site during the sale or item pickup.
Condition of Items: All items are secondhand and may show signs of use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items carefully before purchase.
No Holding Policy: Items will not be held without full payment.
