Cash preferred but can take CC for amounts over $100 with a 3% fee. All sales are final. Bring help to load your large or heavy items. NOBODY will help you tote things. If you're not able to carry your items yourself, you should bring a friend to help you. No restroom available to the public.

The association will not allow estate sales. I have to avoid a crowd and having too many people "party" at the same time. Even though it's a small condo, it's jammed with really great stuff. And the garage is full, too. We're all set so we just need you! Lots of Christmas items.
