Terms and Conditions: First come, first served.

Our sales are known for fair prices and we typically sell most items the first day of the sale. Don't wait! Come early for the best deals.

We strive to make it easy and fair to purchase from our sales. We place number cards outside the home one hour prior to the start time of the sale. Each member of your party must have a number card. We call into the home in number order at the sale start time. Please follow the directions on the card, be patient, kind, and enjoy yourself! We have a great time at our sales and hope you do too.

Show up an hour or two into the sale? Traffic is typically free-flowing at that point.

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.

Please bring help to load furniture. We will help you move and load your furniture as time and staffing allows. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale.

Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. But don't be scared! Our sales are clean, safe, and a lot of fun. We can't wait to meet you.
