We have had several smaller estates needing assistance in transition and have brought them to our Catholic Charities of NEKS Warehouse in Lenexa. This online multi-estate sale features fine furniture, scrapbooking/crafting supplies, electronics, power tools, misc garage items, kitchenware, barware, antiques and collectibles, everyday items/gadgets, books, jewelry, cameras, records, decor, and collectibles.

This ONLINE MULTI-ESTATE SALE WILL BE CHARGED SALES TAX due to the fact that these sales are "multiple estates" combined into one online sale moved offsite to our warehouse. - THURSDAY FULL PRICE, FRIDAY 25% OFF, SATURDAY 50% OFF. If you would like to view items in person we are scheduling by appointment Thursday and Friday between 10-4 and Saturday 10-2 PICK UP DAY IS MONDAY OCT 2ND BY APPOINTMENT.
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval through Estatesales.net ALL BIDS ARE FINAL!
THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL PAYMENT ONCE IT HAS BEEN ENTERED. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THE AMOUNT.
Winning bids will be automatically charged to the credit card registered with estatesales.net at the end of the sale.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR 3RD PARTY (UPS): For all shipping needs, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING OUR UPS PROVIDER AND HANDLING ALL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS. You will need to contact them directly about shipping options & costs - then you will pay the shipping fees directly to UPS when items are ready to ship.
Local buyers are assumed to be picking up in person, if you need items shipped refer to the above statement and alert us that although you are local you will be using the shipping option. SHIPPING CAN BE EXPENSIVE. PLEASE CALL THE UPS STORE AND ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE BEFORE BIDDING. Please allow time for items to be delivered to UPS and for UPS to complete all of the orders from this sale. Location: 15019 W. 95th Street, Lenexa KS (dock and entrance in back, follow the Morning Glory Estate Sale signs) NO ENTRY IN FRONT, please drive around to the back of the building. (cross streets are 95th and Lackman)
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, size or any other determinative factor. MGES may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. All electrical items are sold as found. No guarantee is made of the condition of the wire or electric elements, and we are not responsible if they present a problem when plugged in. (we will note tested or "not tested")
Bidder must make their own inspection. MGES will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
MGES reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this sale.
Any item left beyond the pick-up day/hours will be considered abandoned and MGES has the right to resell the item or donate to Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas.
