The saw has a metal table with tension adjustment, red power switch and locking capabilities, blade direction, and a black electrical cord. The saw reads “Delta International Machinery Corp.”.

Chet Reneson Limited Edition Offset Lithograph "Coming Ashore": A limited edition offset lithograph by listed artist Chet Reneson (born 1934), titled Coming Ashore. This print on paper, which is after an original watercolor, depicts a group of fisherman docking on a rocky shore, one of which is seen retracting his fishing pole which is reeling in a catch. To the lower right corner of the composition is an in plate signature, which is complemented to the margins with a printed title, handwritten artist signature and print edition, listed 95 of 300. The print is presented under glass beneath a single-layered mat in a brushed natural wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

Boxed "The Lord of the Rings" Series by J.R.R. Tolkien: A three-volume boxed set of the Lord of the Rings series by J.R.R. Tolkien. These books are first printings in the Silver Anniversary Edition. They are published by Houghton Mifflin Company in 1981. All three books are housed in a slipcase.

Barrington Dwight Eisenhower Ceramic Mug: A Barrington Dwight Eisenhower ceramic mug. This mug depicts Ike in his Army uniform with the bald eagle seal to the font of the hat and the stars to the shirt collar. A handle extends from the back of the hat to the back of the shirt. The tray is also stamped with a clover symbol, which dates this piece to 1913. The approximate weight is 11.245 ozt.
