There are 5 banks (PNC, Bank of America, Sandy Spring, Sun Trust, Capital One) at or across street from Wildwood Shopping Center to get CA$H...all within a mile. CHECKS with legal IDs and address matching ID, and credit cards accepted. Returned checks are subject to all bank fees; uncollected checks subject to fees and legal action. Credit cards will be subject to a 4% handling fee to cover service costs. All sales are final and include 6% MD tax.
PURCHASES: Please check all items carefully before purchasing. All items are sold "as is, where is". NO refunds, exchanges or returns on sale merchandise. You are the final judge on the items you purchase. No advice, guarantees or warranties on items sold. Test all electronics and appliances. We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchases, however due to the nature of estate sales, all transactions are final.
PARKING: Please be mindful of residents property and driveways. House is at end of cul-de-sac. Parking is tight. This area is patrolled and cars are subject to ticketing and possibly towing if parking regulations are not followed. Also some parking on Grosvenor Lane, Thornbush Ct. and Fleming Avenue, which is around the corner off Grosvenor Lane.
ENTRY: Numbers will be handed out to those people in line at 9:00 am. We do not honor temporary numbers. The first in line will receive the first #. NO bags, large purses, totes, large coats or fishing vests allowed. We reserve the right to examine all bags.
PICK UP INFO: All purchases must be removed at time of sale or arrangements must be made to remove by close of sale 5/7 at 4pm. Sorry NO exceptions. Please bring moving help and packing materials if you anticipate purchasing larger/heavier items. Our staff will not be available to assist you. All items not picked up by stated deadline will be donated.
