TALK ABOUT A BARN FIND!

JUST ADDED TO SALE

1983 MERCEDES

For those of you who have not attended my sales in the past, I attempt to hold only very unique sales.  This is truly one of those sales and you will not be disappointed.  There are multiple barns built in the 1830's.  One barn was converted into a beautiful home.  The home was owned by acclaimed local artist Paul Gonzalez who was an avid collector and who used one of the barns as his studio.  This sale is very eclectic, consisting of everything imaginable from architectural antiques from the old Pick Fort Shelby Hotel in Detroit, vintage garden ornaments and furniture, stained and leaded glass windows, coke machine, Presidents barbers chair, Victorian, mid century modern, industrial, steampunk, beautiful hardwood boards, barn wood, huge assortment of woodworking tools, building supplies, and more watchamajiggers than you can imagine.  This sale will be split into 2 parts.  The first part will consist of 3 barns to be followed later with the contents of the home.

This property is currently for sale.  Please be aware that the owner is still residing in the home and only the barns, not the contents of the home, are currently in the sale.  We ask that you please be respectful of this and do not approach the home or attempt to peak in windows.  Please stay in designated areas.

Can't wait to see you at our sale. Setup was 3108.

THIS IS A TRUE BARN SALE.  THERE ARE MANY TRIPP HAZARDS IN THE BARNS AND ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING MANY SMALL TREE STUMPS COVERED BY LEAVES.  PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS.  LIGHTING IS NOT OVERLY BRIGHT IN THE BARNS.  CONSIDER BRINGING FLASHLIGHTS AND GLOVES.
