Here is your last chance!!  If you missed the first 2 sales you still have an opportunity to own a wonderful piece of Michigan and Clarkston history.  As you saw, this is a very large property consisting of 2 massive barns - one converted to a house- plus a smaller barn.  While a huge amount has sold, there are still some amazing things left.  The owner has given us permission to have a final one day blowout sale!!  All items will start at 50% of the original price.  There are still amazing pieces left from original Cass Corridor paintings, art glass, pottery, and sculpture, to architectural antiques, stained glass window, mid century modern, Ford concept car collectables including clay model, industrial, tools, ladders, doors, old windows dining table and chairs, leather sofas and chairs.  Don't miss this final phase!!!

FREE ITEMS  -  ATTENTION SCRAPPERS :  The barns are full of building supplies - ductwork, toilets, sinks, wood. These items are free for the hauling.

As requested at previous sales, we ask you not peek into windows prior to sale. The owners are still living there and we request you respect their privacy.
