Preview: 8:45am check-in and registration will begin. No one will be allowed into auction area prior to 8:45 am. This is a secure yard and a liability waiver will need to be signed at registration by everyone who attends. Doors will be open for viewing- entering and climbing into units will not be allowed.

Bidding/buying: To receive a bidder number you will need to have valid drivers license and contact information. Cash only. 7.125% sales tax applies. Bidding on everything inside unit- bidder is responsible for cleaning out completely.

Removal: DART and A New Day Auctions assume no liability after you have won a unit. Locks will be available for purchase or you can bring your own. Winning bidders must completely empty the unit of all items and trash.
1. Individuals may pick up items purchased until 3:00 p.m. the day of the auction. 2. By appointment- 8-5 weekdays and 8-4 weekends. Units must be emptied within 1 week. More info available at auction. 3. Rental - varies by size of unit and length of rental - More info available at auction  4. Delivery - $100 an hour. Keep unit for 1 week to unload.
